Detail Itinerary

Day 01:  Welcome to Kathmandu (1320m).

Our representative will be at airport with your name card. Once you grab him you will be heartily welcomed by him putting garland on your neck which means welcome to Nepal. Then you will be driven to the hotel by private vehicle. Rest and enjoy the day around the town.

Day 02:  Sightseeing in Kathmandu.

Today after breakfast we start a guided tour to four of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the Kathmandu valley: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, Swayambhu, and Boudhnath.  Kathmandu Durbar Square holds the palaces of the medieval Kings who ruled over the then Kathmandu Kingdom. Swayambhu meaning the "the self-existent" is one of the oldest Buddhist Stupas in the world. The stupa is also famous for being on the hilltop and is popular among the foreigners as the Monkey Temple owing to the large number of monkey population residing in the area. The Pashupatinath along with the Aryaghat or Funeral Site near the Bagmati River is one of the world's most sacred places of worship for the Hindus. The Buddhists shrine of Bouddha Nath is one of the largest stupas in the world, and one of the holiest Buddhist pilgrimage and tourist destinations in Kathmandu. (Optional can do early morning mountain froght known as Everest scenic flight costs 193$)

Day 03:  Drive from Kathmandu to Lumbini by Car about 8 hours.

 Lumbini  is birth place of lord Buddha and it is also UNESCO’s world heritage site.Upon arrival at Lumbini transfer at hotel and refresh. After refresh, walk through the sacred Lumbini garden where the Buddha was born converges on the Ashoka pillar. Visit the Mayadevi temple.

Day 04After breakfast, we drive to Tilaurakot 27 km away from Lumbini an archaeological place.

Suddodan’s (father of Buddha) ancient palace where Buddha spent his early year as a shakya prince. Visit monasteries, stupas, pottery and ornament house and back to Lumbini.

Day 05: Drive back to Chitwan.

Check in Hotel, have rest and get short briefing about tour program for tomorrow. Evening enjoy with Tharu village tour and Tharu cultural stick dance.

Day 06: Full day activity in Chitwan.

Early morning after breakfast we start canoeing to Elephant breeding centre then Jungle walk and Elephant bath. After lunch we will have Jeep safari rather than elephant back safari since we avoid this program but if you would like to have elephant back safari it will be provided.

Day 07: Drive to Pokhara takes 5 hours.

Check in Hotel and evening walk around Fewa lakes. Enjoy the view of Lakes with mountains.

Day 08: Full day sightseeing in Pokhara.

Short hike to Peace pagoda by boating on Fewa lakes. Back to Devi’s falls, Gupteshower cave and International mountaineering Museum.

Day 09: Drive or fly to Kathmandu which takes 6 hours.

Check in Hotel and rest, shopping, evening walk around Thamel. Have a farewell dinner at authentic Nepali restaurant with cultural program.

Day 10: Fly back to home country.

We will put you Khada (a kind of cloth which use to wear on your neck).Wearing Khada means good luck and protection. And drop you to the airport. See you next time.

Travel Insurance

It would be best of you to make a travel insurance before the trips that will be protected against comprehensive expenses potential to incur due to medical issues or accidents (to include air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and treatment costs). Please be noted that we don"t arrange or sell insurance.

Accommodations
All accommodations for Annapurna Base Camp Trek are on twin sharing basis included in the trip cost and are chosen based on standard of hygiene, standard of service and food, location, etc. There are two styles of accommodations during our trekking. You will spend two nights in a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu and during your trekking you will spend 10 nights in standard teahouse/lodge/hotel in which there are unheated rooms with wooden beds and foam mattresses. We provide attached rooms as much as possible, however teahouses/lodges of some places only have shared washing and toilet facilities. If you are a solo traveler, you will share a room with someone else of same sex of your group. If you prefer a single room, you may indicate your preference and get single rooms on request by paying single supplement.

Meals
During the Trek, you can enjoy typical Nepali cuisen, different ethnic cuisines as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, Indian, etc.) from pizza and Chips to apple pie. You can even enjoy hot chocolates, variety of breads, variety of drinks, and snacks. Breakfast of a day will be provided from the teahouse/lodge menu where you spent your night. Lunch will be served on the way to destination, dinner and breakfast in the teahouse where you will spend the night. A welcome dinner, a farewell dinner and breakfasts will be provided during your stay in Kathmandu and breakfast will be provided in Pokhara.

It is best if you pack the following for your trek:
Head:

- Fleece Wind-Stopper jacket (optional)
- Waterproof (preferably breathable fabric) shell jacket
- Down vest and/or jacket *

Hands:
- Lightweight gloves
- Heavyweight gloves or mittens with a waterproof shell outer (seasonal)

- Sleeping bag rated to zero degrees F *
- Headlamp (e.g. Petzl Zoom) with spare bulbs and batteries
