Titled after the God of Good luck with elephant head, the Ganesh Himal is flanked by the valley of the Budhi Gandaki in the west plus Bhote Koshi in the eastern region, which turns out to be Trishuli River in the lower section. Trekking to Ganesh Himal region will let you witness the magnificent peaks like-Ganesh I, II, III, and IV stick out like huge Himalayan series constructing the skyline. The region is rarely used by tourists and it is positioned in northwest of Kathmandu. A lot of distinct ethnic groups having a mixed lifestyle put forward to offer a peep to real Nepali way of life including rich Nepalese tradition and blend together with locals.

Trekking in Ganesh Himal region is occupied by an outstanding variety of plant life and animals -300 species of birds, 526 types of plants counting 40 kinds of orchids. Some of the plants include - berberis, orchids, primula, and a diversity of Ferns, yellow bloom of double Jasmine plus the woods dense with blue pine, Spanish oak, rhododendron and more allures any visitor. Other fascinating wild animals are the gaur, Himalayan thar, a lot of monkeys, musk deer etc.

The trekking way passes all the way through Tamang villages, gorges and glaciers and splendid sceneries. Furthermore, you can make a trip to zinc mines at Somdang. There are attention-grabbing panoramic spots called Singala pass, Jasail Kunda, Dharka, Jyamrung, Kasigaun, and Gorkha present you over 35 mountains having altitude of more than 6000m.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu.
As you reach at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, Third Eye Adventure arranges as airport representative who will meet you and end up the formalities (Visa, etc). You just need to confirm our representative with a show board at the way in gate. You will after that shift to the hotel. In the evening, we will have a welcome dinner at a long-established Nepalese restaurant and also observe a Nepalis cultural program. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing and preparing for trek
Today, you will go for sightseeing in Kathmandu. The main fascinations of the sightseeing tour are going around Kathmandu valley where you can see many age-old temples, architectures and more; going around Bouddhnath which is one of the biggest Buddhist Stupa in the entire world; Swyambhunath, a renowned monkey temple falling at the hillock; Pashupatinath, a prominent Hindu temple and numerous enthralling places to visit. And many of them are enlisted in UNESCO’s world heritage list. Also, we will prepare for trek today. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Drive to Betrawati. (850m)
We will leave Kathmandu to reach Betrawat Bazaar driving all the way through Trishuli Bazaar, a shopping area for local inhabitants. We will set our camp close by Sole Bazaar, on the shore of the Trishuli River. There you will get to take delight from amazing views of farms, terraced slopes, small villages, set next to a backdrop of the Ganesh Himal Range. Overnight stay in camp.

Day 04: Trek to Kispang. (1600m)
We will on this day have an easy, gentle walk today from side to side with farmland and villages to arrive at Kispang, a small community inhabited by Tamang groups. We will today walk for around 5 hours. Overnight in Kispang.

Day 05: Trek to Thulo Chaur. (2200m)
We will depart from kispang to reach Thulo Chau today. With a gentle climb we will walk through a lot of villages where you will observe the Tamang inhabitants practicing a long-established way of life. We will notice local monasteries, schools, and some attractive waterfalls next to our way on this day. Overnight in Thulo Chaur.

Day 06: Trek to Gonga. (2900m)
We will depart from Thulo Chaur ascending steadily all the way through a deep, varied woods of rhododendron, pine, expectantly you may mark several wild lives as we walk. Deer, wild boar, Langur monkeys etc among others. As we arrive in Gonga, we get a chance to capture out for some magnificent vistas of the Ganesh Himal on our mind as well as camera. Overnight in camp.

Day 07: Trek to Rupchet. (3635m)
We go on walking through the broad forest, gaining elevation as we walk, enjoying stunning views of series of gigantic Himalayas and the Tibetan peak range. We will walk for around 4 hours. Overnight in Rupchet.

Day 08: Trek to Kharka (2500m) through the Shing La Pass. (4100m)
We will walk ahead from Rupchet. We have a steep walk up to Shing La Pass. We will have a strenuous walk but we will be rewarded with astonishing vistas of Ganesh Himal, Manaslu, Langtang, and other Himalayas. After passing the alpine environment on the pass, we trek down, steeply climbing for around 4 hours to reach Kharka. Overnight in camp.

Day 09: Trek to Borang. (1800m)

The walk today from Kharka is steeply down way all the way through terraced farm and a number of picturesque villages. The last trekking spot for today is Borang which is another archetypal Tamang community where you will be welcomed and have the opportunity to get pleasure from a number of striking peak vistas. Overnight in camp.

Day 10: Trek to Jharlang. (1700m)
Walking for around 6 hours today we will trek from Borang to reach Jharlang. We will hike passing the flawless terraced fields where the villagers farm. We get to the Tamang community of Jharlang in the hours of daylight where we will place up camp. Overnight in Jharlang.

Day 11: Trek to Kintang Phedi. (1200m)
To reach Kintang Phedi from Jharlang we will walk for around 7 hours. You will today have a steep drop all the way through local community where you will find assorted cultures shared. You will get to see some beautiful scenery of setting with a spectacular peak backdrop appears on the way to Kintang Phedi. Overnight in camp.

Day 12: Trek to Khahare. (1000m)
We will go behind the shores of the river for about 2 hours before beginning our 4-hour ascend all the way through villages and an opaque forest path. Enjoy the calmness and the tranquil air as you get further on waving you all along your way. Overnight in camp.

Day 13: Trek to Dhading Beshi (700m) and drive to Kathmandu. (1345m)
We will today have an easy march before we take up bus that will drive us to Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu hotel.

Day 14: Fly back to your destination
Our airport agent will take you to the Tribhuvan International Airport for your return to you home country. We will hope to see you again since we organize a lot of other peak climbing options, as well as tours, expeditions, and sports activities.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is one of the essential parts to craft before you travel so that you shall be protected against wide-ranging expenses likely to gain due to health issues or accidents which include helicopter rescue, air ambulance, treatment costs etc.

Accommodations 
There are two sorts of accommodations during the trek. You will stay two nights in Kathmandu in a 3-star hotel while during your trek you will stay in typical teahouse or lodge or guest house or hotel with unheated rooms with foam mattresses in wood beds. We make available attached bathrooms as much as feasible; still there are some places which can only offer shared washing and bathroom facilities.

Meals 
During the trek, you can get pleasure from typical Nepali cookery, diverse cultural cuisines as well as international food including Tibetan, Italian, Continental, Indian, etc. You will have your breakfast at the same teahouse or lodge where you spent your night while lunch will be dished up en-route to destination; and dinner will be served at the place where you will spend the night.

Equipments necessary for your trek:

2) Upper Body: - T-shirts, Light expedition thermal tops, pullover or Fleece jacket, Fleece Wind-Cheater jacket, Waterproof shell jacket 
3) Lower Body: - Under Garments, Lightweight cotton long pants, Hiking shorts, Light and trip weight thermal bottoms, Waterproof (if possible breathable fabric), Fleece or wool pants (seasonal),
4) Feet: - Thin inner socks, Thick warm woolen socks, Camp shoes (sneakers or sandals), Hiking boots, Gaiters for hiking to the base camp in winter
5) Hands: - Heavyweight gloves or mittens, Lightweight gloves, 
6) Accessories: - Sleeping bag, Headlamp with spare bulbs and batteries, Trekking Bags, Basic First Aid Kit, Trekking Poles, Water bottles, Toiletries 
7) Extras/Luxuries – Binoculars, book, Guide book, Journal & Pen, Walkman etc

Acclimatization 
High altitude sickness is likely to occur. The fraction dispersion of hemoglobin with oxygen resolves the substance of oxygen in our blood. When we reach around 2,100 m high above sea level the diffusion of oxyhemoglobin begins to drop. Nevertheless, the human being has both.
